On November 26th, will be presented to the public the final result of the dance workshops developed by teacher and choreographer Rita Judas with a group of children and young people from Projeto+ XLE8G, an initiative of Ca.DA - Companhia de Dança de Almada, within the scope of the “Dança para Todos” (Dance for all) project, in partnership with ASDL - Associação Solidariedade e Desenvolvimento do Laranjeiro.
Entitled “Eu(s)Sociais”, this is a choreography that seeks to involve young people in the process of praising and building the authentic human SOCIAL SELF(IES).
The work developed throughout the weekly workshops had as its starting point the concept of eusociality, a characteristic of some (few) animal species, among others bees, ants and termites, a variety of rats, a type of crab and - more recent but threatened - human species. It is characterized by the coexistence of at least three generations in the same Nest/Family/Community.
